We pride ourselves on clear communication and helping you make informed decisions. Below are answers to questions often asked by our valued clients, designed to provide clarity and confidence as you plan your special occasion with us.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons such as summer and the Christmas period. For weddings, we suggest booking at least 6–12 months in advance. For other events, 4–8 weeks notice is usually sufficient, though we will always try to accommodate last-minute requests where possible.

Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We offer full delivery and professional setup services throughout Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. Our team will arrive at your venue ahead of your event to ensure everything is perfectly arranged before your guests arrive.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?

We understand that circumstances can change. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our full cancellation policy. We will always do our best to accommodate changes where possible, subject to availability.

Can I provide my own colour scheme or theme?
Absolutely. All of our designs are completely bespoke and tailored to your specific requirements. We work with you to understand your vision, colour palette, and theme, and then create something truly unique for your event.

What areas do you serve?

Do you require a deposit?

 Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. The deposit amount varies depending on the size and nature of your event. Full payment is required prior to your event date. Please see our Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions 

Payment: Customers must pay a non refundable deposit to secure their booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to the event. LLC Balloons reserves the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not paid on time.

Cancellation policy: Customers may cancel their event however this will result in the loss of the deposit. Deposits are transferable providing we can accommodate the alternative date and event. 

Changes to the booking: Customers may make changes to their booking up to 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Changes made within 14 days of the event may incur additional charges.

Delivery and setup: LLC Balloons will deliver and set up the hired equipment at the agreed upon location and time. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable for the equipment and that there is adequate space and power available.

Damage and loss: The customer is responsible for any damage or loss to the hired equipment while it is in their possession. LLC Balloons reserves the right to charge the customer for repairs or replacements as necessary.

Insurance: The company carries public liability insurance, but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage for their event.

Health and safety: The customer must comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines. LLC Balloons reserves the right to refuse to set up the equipment if it considers the location or conditions to be unsafe.

Force majeure: LLC Balloons is not responsible for any delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Liability LLC Balloons & Decor will not be held liable for any damage to property or injury caused by the misuse of balloon or floral decorations. Balloons are not suitable for children under 8 years old without adult supervision.

Photographs We reserve the right to photograph our work for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media channels, unless you specifically request otherwise.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer confirms that they have read and understood them and agrees to be bound by them.
