LLC Balloons & Decor was created during the COVID pandemic when I struggled to find someone who could bring my creative visions to life. Determined, I decided to do it myself and discovered a passion for turning ideas into reality. I’ve always loved themes.  Give me a concept, and my mind instantly fills with endless ideas and possibilities.
